Senior Technical Lead with 17+ years in platform and infrastructure engineering, built on a deep Linux foundation (RHCE) and years of OpenStack private-cloud operations. I design and run Kubernetes platforms end to end: zero-touch provisioning of air-gapped bare metal, cluster deployment, upgrades, maintenance and monitoring across large-scale vanilla (upstream) Kubernetes, Rancher/RKE2 and EKS Anywhere, plus Amazon EKS on AWS with Terraform. Platform & Kubernetes

  • Own the cluster lifecycle for large-scale vanilla (upstream) Kubernetes, Rancher/RKE2 and EKS Anywhere: deployment, version upgrades, maintenance, capacity and monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development of federated orchestration and management for Kubernetes cluster provisioning across distributed sites.
  • Build Amazon EKS clusters with Terraform (VPC, node groups, IAM, add-ons) and deploy and upgrade applications on them.
